Poulami Chatterjee is a staff scientist at Stanford University, Stanford, California, USA. She is presently working on biomarker identification and vaccine discovery of Lyme disease and Syphilis. She focuses on protein-lipid trafficking using biochemical and structural biology tools and identifying potential drug candidates using synthetic biology. She is also interested in beneficial potential of environmental microbes and its impact on treating human diseases as well as in sustainable agriculture.
