I am a Postdoctoral Fellow working with Dr. Balakrishnan Naduvalath at University of Nevada, Las Vegas. My research is focused on quantum control of cold and ultracold inelastic and reactive scattering. Basically, we look at insights of how a interaction of atoms and molecules in various astrophysical environments can be controlled to have a different outcome. Recently, I am applying machine-learning techniques to ease the computational cost of doing quantum-mechanical calculations. Through Sci-Roi, I am hoping to have a better networking opportunity in the Indian academia and probable collaboration as well, to grow my networks in India. My research is unique in a way that very few groups globally are associated with this field and I hope I’ll be able to make it more popular in India in near future.
