I am an algal and plant physiologist by training, but I also dabble in biochemistry, systems biology, and signaling systems within and outside a cell. I trained in the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for my graduate studies and then moved to Dept. of Biochemistry, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, for my postdoctoral training. I have been actively involved in many organizations as a volunteer and office-bearer over the past decade. I hope to bring this experience to Sci-Roi and help build deeper ties with the Indian Scientific community.
