Malavika J. M completed her integrated BS–MS degree in Chemistry with a minor in Biology from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram (2020–2025). Her master’s research focused on bioinorganic chemistry, where she designed metal complexes to biomimic enzyme active sites.
In 2025, she joined the PhD program in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is currently working in main-group chemistry, exploring reactive intermediates and small-molecule activation.
