I investigate microtubule architecture using cryo-EM/ET in brain and plants/crops. I have previously dealt with selective autophagy in plants and plant immunology at single-cell level at international institutes viz., Vienna Biocenter, Austria and Stowers Institute for Medical Research, Kansas City, USA respectively. On weekends, I work on 3D animations and 2D imaging projects.
