Swetha Thiyagarajan, PhD is a pharmaceutical scientist with expertise in immunology, cancer biology, and advanced therapeutics. She completed her PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences at North Dakota State University and has industry experience at BioMarin, where she worked on AAV-based gene therapy development and manufacturing.
Swetha is passionate about translating scientific discoveries into impactful therapies and is actively involved in scientific communication, mentorship, and community outreach. Through her work with Sci-ROI, she aims to support STEM engagement, foster collaboration, and empower the next generation of scientists.
